What is a relic?

A relic is a unique, rare magical item that can enhance your County in a number of ways (increase food production, generate science points, boost a military unit's stats, etc.). Unique means that only one can be found per round.
How can I gain relics?

There is no certain way to acquire relics. The only way you can increase your chances of finding some is to have Champions, located in the "Missions" section. The County with the most Champions has the highest chances of finding relics.

It is also possible to steal relics from other Kingdoms. However, stealing a relic is a difficult task and will require that you invest into your Champions. The more Champions you send at a time on this kind of mission, the more chances you have to steal a relic.
What is the benefit of donating my relic to a Kingdom?

One can donate his relic(s) to his Kingdom (donate is found under the Kingdom section); although he would no longer possess that relic, all the counties in the Kingdom would benefit from the relic's powers.
Are effects of Relics sharing the same bonus cummulative?

Yes. If you have a Relic that gives you a +10% Food Production bonus and another Relic which gives you a +20% Food Production bonus, your Food Production bonus will be of 10+20=30%.
What affects the Relic finding rate?

The amount of Relics you and your Kingdom already possess, the amount of days (turns) since you last logged in, the amount of days (turns) since the last Relic was discovered, the total amount of Relics that have already been found, the amount of Champions you have and the highest amount of Champions in a single County all affect the likelihood of finding a Relic.
What is the best way to prevent Relic Theft from a Kingdom?

The best way to prevent Relic Theft is for the Kingdom's King or Queen to have Champions. A Kingdom sovereign's Champions will also greatly help protect the Relics given to the Kingdom.
